Package Marked as Delivered

Once tracking information confirms that a package has been delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient. If a delivered package cannot be located, we recommend checking:

Solavelled cannot provide refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered but later reported missing or stolen.
